We had a great stay at this resort. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and surroundings. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient and readily available, making it easy for us to explore the city. The resort's location was perfect - just outside the city center, away from the noise, but still very near to all the sightseeing places in the area. It was convenient for us to visit the local market and explore the city at our own pace. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff also deserves a special mention for their friendly and helpful attitude, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The Carnival Resort offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The hotel pays attention to detail, ensuring that rooms are clean and well-maintained, making guests feel at home. The location of the hotel is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, as it is situated in a quiet place opposite to a beautiful pine forest. The rooms with a big balcony provide an open view of the forest, allowing guests to enjoy the serene surroundings. Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff ensure that guests have a pleasant experience throughout their stay.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel had a nice tree canopy view from the balcony, which was quite beautiful. The staff were friendly and resolved any minor issues we had immediately. The food, especially the buffet breakfast and room service dinner, was excellent. The taste easily made up for any delay in service.

The resort was quite far from the lake, approximately 3-4 km, and there were limited transportation options available. We had to rely on taxis, which charged extra for pick up and drop off to the lake or bus stand.

The wifi was only available in the reception lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. . the hot water supply in the bathrooms was limited, especially considering the colder temperatures in the area.
