We had a great stay at this resort. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and surroundings. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient and readily available, making it easy for us to explore the city. The resort's location was perfect - just outside the city center, away from the noise, but still very near to all the sightseeing places in the area. It was convenient for us to visit the local market and explore the city at our own pace. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff also deserves a special mention for their friendly and helpful attitude, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel had a nice tree canopy view from the balcony, which was quite beautiful. The staff were friendly and resolved any minor issues we had immediately. The food, especially the buffet breakfast and room service dinner, was excellent. The taste easily made up for any delay in service.
The resort was quite far from the lake, approximately 3-4 km, and there were limited transportation options available. We had to rely on taxis, which charged extra for pick up and drop off to the lake or bus stand.

The restaurant and room service, however, are average, and the food can be expensive.

The hotel had a nice forest view, which was really refreshing and allowed for a great start to the day. . the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. the rooms were spacious and could comfortably accommodate three people, which was perfect for our family stay. the hotel had a children's play area, which was a great bonus for keeping the kids entertained.
The wifi was only available in the reception lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. . the hot water supply in the bathrooms was limited, especially considering the colder temperatures in the area.
